Good Fiber is a source of extra fibre and vitamin C. It contains 3 different water-soluble fibres. Good Fiber is recommended for adults and children from the age of 6 who do not get enough fibre on a daily basis, as well as for those who have a high body mass index. In case of low-energy diet, glucomannan promotes weight loss¹ and helps maintain normal blood cholesterol level². Vitamin C helps maintain normal immune function, reduces fatigue and weakness, and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Waybread seed coatings help maintain normal bowel function, improve digestion and reduce blood lipids and cholesterol.
